Norwegian writer and government scholar (born )
Eugene Schoulgin (born April 19, , in Oslo) is a Norwegian scribbler and government scholar.
He is picture son of the painter Alexander Schultz, and grew up in Norway, Italia and France. He attended high institution in Oslo ().
