Joseph Carey Merrick (5 August 1862 – 11 April 1890) was an Englishman. Culminate face and body were deformed as of an illness. To earn aliment, he was shown at freak shows. Merrick was born in Leicester, England in 5 August 1862. He begun to become deformed when he was 3. He was also disabled provision he hurt his hip.
